Ownership & Purpose
The Employee ID Card is the property of the government and is issued solely for official identification.
It must be carried during working hours and presented upon request by management or security staff.
Security & Access
Employees must wear or carry the ID card visibly while on company premises.
Unauthorized use to access restricted areas is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
Important Notes
This permit is non-transferable and must be surrendered upon termination of employment.
Loss or theft of this permit must be reported immediately to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
Forgery or misuse of this permit is a criminal offense punishable by law.
